Once talaq is linked with a condition, it cannot be withdrawn. When the wife speaks to that specific woman, one talaq raj`i (revocable talaq) will occur. The husband has the right to take the wife back into the marriage within the period of iddah and a new nikah will not be necessary. If, however, the iddah finishes, then a new nikah will be necessary for the husband and wife to reconcile.
