As-salam, I work as a software application engineer for a online retail site, my work in purely technical. However I came to know that my company sales pornography material on their site. Pls advise should I continue working there and also there are plenty of other Muslim brothers working in customer service department they are not involve in sales but only answer customer queries what do you suggest for them.

It will be permissible for you to work for this company. Your job is purely technical and you are being paid for your services. What the company does with the software does not relate to you.
