For Protection from the Evil Eye

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ التَّامَّةِ  مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ۔(سنن ابن ماجۃ:۳۵۲۵)

Recite this and blow over the affected person.
Or recite the following supplication:

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ اَللّٰهُمَّ اَذْهِبْ حَرَّهَا وَ بَرْدَهَا وَوَصَبَهَا۔(مسند احمد: ۱۵۷۰۰)
