Supplication for Pain

Place the right hand on the painful area and recite the supplication seven times:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ، وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ، وَأُحَاذِرُ(سنن ابن ماجہ: ۳۵۲۲)

Some narrations mention reciting Bismillah before this supplication. (Sunan Tirmidhi: 3588)
