Worried about my daughter

Assalamu Alykum,

My 9 yrs old daughter got her period this February for 3 days then till now she get none. She started fasting this Ramadan and trying her best to not break her day Alhamdulilah but I noticed she is so weak not eating much no drinking water and she's dehydrated. I know that she's obligated to fast but I'm a bit worried about her since she's 9 and skinny.

My question is does she need to break her fast if she don't feel good and make it up later?
Thank you and Jazakum Allah khayran

Can a woman be a caretaker for a disabled non-mahram?

Assalamualaikum wrwb,

Can a woman be a caretaker of a autistic and disabled non-mahram relative if there are no other options? There are no other caretakers for him and she's the only one there to help clean him which causes many akward situations for her. She tries to do pardah around him but he does not understand and they live in the same house.  She feels very ashamed of this but there's nothing she can do about it.

Is this permissible?

Will she get sins for it, even if the situation is forcing her to step out of her pardah?

Please let me know. Jazakumullah khayran.

Irregular bleeding due to coil

Hayd question

I have been experiencing irregular bleeding for several months now. It started after I had an IUD placed a few months after I had my third baby. It was like a light period for about one month and then it reduced to intermittent, but daily, spotting and discharge for almost 3 months. Now I still have intermittent spotting/discharge but not daily. It like every other day now.

For the past 5 months since getting the IUD, (after speaking to an alima) I have been following 10 days Hayd, then 15 days of tuhr, then 10 days Hayd, so on. But my last Hayd was only 9 days. On the 10th day I did not have any discharge.( but on the 12th day I had some spotting) so now I am confused as to how to proceed. Do I count 15 days tuhr starting from that 9th day?

Recently I learned about the ruling that we are supposed to revert to our Hayd and tuhr habits during istihadha so now I’m not sure if what I was doing was even correct. I am very confused what to do.

Outside of pregnancy and postpartum, my periods were generally 8 days and my cycle varied from 31-35 days

After my first child I had about 3 weeks nifas, then no periods for 9 months. Then I had 4 periods with the same previous habit

Then I was pregnant with my second child. Nifas was 3-4 weeks. Then no periods for over one year. Then I had 1 period, then I was pregnant again with my third child. Nifas was right up to 40 days. No periods after that until IUD placement.

April 1 2022 11:00 - IUD placed, bleeding started

9/11 12:05 am - present tuhr (brown/red/pink discharge once daily or every other day)

From my understanding, after 9/26 12:05 am, if I see any spotting, I will count it as Hayd. Is this correct?

Second question:

Does yellow discharge count as Hayd/istihadha? During my normal period days, towards the end I had brown/yellow discharge but I always eventually saw white discharge. Then I would take ghusl.

In the Hayd logged below, I counted the end of Hayd at 9/11 12:05 - is that correct?

9/1 2pm -9/9 2:30 intermittent brown spotting 1-2 times daily

9/9 5pm, 11pm yellow discharge

9/10 7am yellow discharge, 12:45pm brown discharge

9/11 12:05 am yellow discharge, 9am white discharge, 12 pm white discharge

I ask this because I am not sure whether to count yellow discharge as hayd, since I have yellow discharge quite regularly these days with my current irregular bleeding pattern. I learned that if yellow discharge is normal for you, then it does not count as hayd. But I also learned that if white discharge at end of period is normal for you, then to wait to see the white discharge before taking ghusl.

Doubts about urine drops

Assalamualaikum... I'm a patient of ocd... .i have a bad habit of

masturbation... a few days before i masturbated(i regret that) and then after

30 min i urinated and then went for bathing when i was bathing i had a

sensation and feeling in my private part that maybe i leaked a urine drops(i

have this sensation many times when bathing).I dont know really if i had

leaked a urine drop or not. Then after bathing when i had a towel wrapped in

my body i had a very strong feeling and sensation like feeling hot in and

around private part and don't know really if it is of urine drops or water

that is in my body.when i looked at the towel after that i see wetness as my

body is not dry...and I don't know what this wetness is of?because i didnot

dry my body after bathing. I don't know if that water was of body or of urine

drops because i had a very strong sensation.I don't know if it was waswas or

not..now I'm getting thought that everything in my house is impure.Because

maybe i actually leaked urine. But I'm not sure about that. I'm very depressed

about that.Is everything impure like towel etc.?

Note that i don't know if that wetness is of urine or body's water.

I'm getting a doubts that what if it is really urine drops.

I'm getting thoughts that because i masturbated...so these drops are my punishment from Allah because i sinned

because of that...i don't know what to do...

And what if the urine drops are actually leaked(i dont know about that)

Are everything impure?

I know masturbation is a very bad habit...

But after this incident i masturbated and had a same feeling like pain and sensation in penis while bathing and after bathing...but don't if urine is discharge or not...or is it waswasa

Is my towel and everything impure?

Because i had use the same towel without washing...to clean my face etc..so everything like utencils furniture taps door etc is all that impure because of the doubt?

Menstruation question

Assalamualaikum. My question is regarding menstruation.

For ease of understanding I've divided my periods in 3 stages

Stage 1: Spotting for 2-3 days

Every month before my period starts, I see spotting for 2 or 3 days. I see this only when using the washroom. Also, while wiping, it is visible on the tissue. It is not seen on the liner. I describe spotting as any discolored(pinkish or brownish) discharge.

Now, this spotting is very irregular, suppose I see it at the time of zuhr today, I see it again in Isha or the Asr of next day. This happens for 2 or 3 days.( sometimes its visible at all times and sometimes its irregular as stated above)

Stage 2: Regular brown discharge

After 3 days, I see regular brownish discharge, this is regularly seen on the liner.

Stage 3: Regular bleeding

After this, my regular bleeding starts followed by brown regular discharge for a day or 2. This lasts for 5 days.

In short, spotting is for 3 days, and brown discharge for 2 or 3 days and bleeding is a total of 5 days (this again includes brown discharge on the last 2 days)

The clean period between 2 cycles is 22-23 days.

My question is:

1) what should be done during the time of spotting stage 1? Can I pray in this situation with fresh wudu everytime?

2)In stage 2 should I pray when I see the regular brown discharge for 3 days on the liner? Or my salah will be invalid?

3) sometimes after my regular bleeding stops, I wait till my brown discharge also stops, and I am clean again to take a bath. After taking a bath and praying one or 2 prayers I again see the spotting. In this case, should I take a bath again?

Kindly help me with this, as I am very confused.

JazakAllah khair!

Inquires regarding Impurities

Kindly Provide me the answers to these questions according to the Hanafi School of Thought

Does water that is used to wash the impure body part become najis (Impure)?

Does the water that is used to wash the impurity from the floor, carpet or leather sofa becomes impure?

After defecating the hand I use to clean myself does it become napak? If yes then if I touch my clothes with this hand will they also become napak?

Is the place that is used to hang impure clothes before they are washed becomes napak even though the place itself is dry. If I touch that place will the impurity be transferred to my hands?

If there is a very small hole in my pants or shalwar having diameter of less than 2-3 cm in the region which is suppose to cover my awrah then will my prayer be valid if I wore those clothes in my Salah?

I think a lot about purity and impurity for example: I will look for spots on the toilet seat and on the bathroom floor and if I find a very small spot of diameter of 1-2 cm having brownish Colour or any other Colour I will think whether it is impurity or not. Furthermore, I will also keep on thinking whether I touched it or not.

Kindly help me overcome these thoughts.

Impurity in the form of smell

Assalam Alaikum,

For an impurity to be removed from clothes or body, it has to be washed. But after washing if the smell of the najasat still exists, will it still be considered as an impure form(Napaak)? The question is specifically for kid's feces. If the feces of a 4-5 year old kid accidentally is caught on a cloth (of the kid or an adult accompanying the kid) and after washing (3 times with water and soap) the smell still remains, will the cloth or the body of the adult will still be considered Napaak?

Jazakallah Khairan.

Early Termination of Haidh and Salah

My period stopped last night which was the sixth day. My usual habit is seven days.  In this situation, do I have to perform qadha for seventh day or will it be counted as part of my period given the usual habit?
