 الجواب وبالله التوفيق 

When talaq has been issued verbally more than 3 times, it has led to talaq-e-mughallidha taking effect (i.e. through 3 talaqs) and the relationship between the husband and wife has ended completely. The woman will have to complete the period of ‘iddah which is equivalent to three menstrual cycles, after which she will be free to perform Nikah with any man except this man.

In order to perform Nikah with this man, the only way for this woman is to perform Nikah with another man, establish marital relations with him, then if the relationship does not continue between the husband and wife due to irreconcilable differences and this husband issues a divorce or passed away (God forbid, by His will), then after completion of the period of this ‘iddah, the woman can perform a new Nikah with the first husband.

عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: طَلَّقَ جَدِّي امْرَأَةً لَهُ أَلْفَ تَطْلِيقَةٍ، فَانْطَلَقَ أَبِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَا اتَّقَى اللَّهَ جَدُّكَ، أَمَّا ثَلَاثٌ فَلَهُ، وَأَمَّا تِسْعُ مِائَةٍ وَسَبْعَةٌ وَتِسْعُونَ فَعُدْوَانٌ وَظُلْمٌ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَذَّبَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ»{مصنف عبد الرزاق}

كما لو قال أكثر الطلاق أو أنت طالق مرارا أو ألوفا أو لا قليل ولا كثير فثلاث هو المختار كما في الجوهرة. (قوله أو ألوفا) جمع ألف ح أي فيقع به الثلاث ويلغو الزائد{الدر المختار مع رد المحتار}۔
