الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

For birth control, it is haraam and unlawful to abolish the birthright completely, such as removing the uterus.

However, using temporary birth control measures such as using the contraceptive loop, or using contraceptive pills by which the natural fertility remains intact, but conception can be controlled.

Below are a few permissible situations:

  1. The woman is so weak that she cannot bear to conceive again, or if the first child is in the days of breastfeeding, and the mother's milk becomes harmful because of the pregnancy.
  2. If the birth of a child is a threat to the mother's physical and mental health or even harm to her life, she is allowed to use contraceptive pills temporarily, only per the advice of a qualified gynecologist.

Regarding your comment that "copper T” is also one of the temporary contraceptive measures, bear in mind that only under extreme necessity can this procedure be applied. But this permission is only for an urgent need on temporary basis. Once the issue is resolved, the process of

procreation can be continued.
