Bank loan for house
Assalamualaikum
Is it permissible to take a loan either from a bank or guidance Realty to purchase a house for family or to buy a building for investment.

Banks or similar institutions usually provide interest-bearing loans, so it is not permissible to take such loans for the fulfilment of these purposes. If an institution offers interest-free loan, then it is right to take loan from there.
