Assalamu ‘Alaikum.

A way to earn by selling products on Amazon is that when sellers are selling on amazon, their products do not rank well (they are found on say the 100th page of amazon search hence no one buys from them). Suppose I’m the seller. I can then provide product ranking services in which what I do is firstly, I give away products for free to people(I refund them after they make purchase on amazon) by approaching them using facebook ads and redirecting them to our product on amazon to make amazon think that the product is getting a lot of sales hence they keep moving the product from the 100th page to 30th, 20th 10th and so on (we donot ask for reviews so it is just a simple promotional giveaway to make amazon think the product sells well). Is this method halal?
