Fatwa Answer
If a wife complains to her husband by stating something to the effect "Allah gives children to the ones who have no value for those children", will this statement lead to committing kufr? If yes, will the Nikah between the husband and wife be still valid? Or will they need to renew their Nikah?
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
To say such a thing in the name of Allah is very rude and insolent, illegitimate and haraam. However, this will not deprive your wife of her faith, and there is no need to renew the marriage contract.

Agr koi biwi apny shohr sy shikayat krty Huy keh dy k Allah bhi bey qadron ko aulad dy daita hai tou kya iss jumly sy biwi kafir ho jy gi mtlb kya ye jumla kufriya kalima hai aur agr ye jumla kufriya kalima tha tou kya ab nikkah baaqi Nahi raha aur dono miyya biwi ko tajdeed e nikkah ki zrorat hai rahnumai farmayn

اللہ کی شان میں اس طرح کے جملے کہنابڑی بے ادبی اور گستاخی ،ناجائز اور حرام ہے۔اس سےتوبہ واستغفار اور آئندہ اجتناب ضروری ہے، البتہ اس سےآپ کی بیوی ایمان سے خارج نہیں ہو گی،اور تجدیدِ نکاح کی بھی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔
