May Allah help you to get rid of this evil, deadly and disgraceful habit. Drug addiction is a very serious crime. In the hadiths, it has been described as the root of sins. On the Day of Resurrection, such a person will be deprived of the fragrance of Paradise. Allah Almighty will not even look at him with mercy. 

In hell, such a person will be given blood and pus of hell dwellers. The obligatory and supererogatory prayers of a person will not be accepted for forty days according to the hadiths. 

And as long as it has an effect on the stomach, the acts of worship will remain unacceptable in the court of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. For forty days the Almighty will not accept any of their good deeds. And when he dies without repentance, he will be resurrected like an idolater. 

The cure for this is to seek company of religious scholar. Ponder upon the  warnings of divine punishments mentioned in Ahadith. Sincerely repent, seek Allah’s forgiveness from sins, be regular in prayer of repentance daily. 

For issue of insomnia, consult a medical specialist and get proper treatment. 

Pray Almighty Allah for HIS forgiveness, be steadfast in protecting yourself from this menace. In Shaa Allah, this habit will go away. 

روى جابر بن عبد الله أن رَسُول الله ﷺ قالَ ثَلاثَة لا تقبل لَهُم صَلاة ولا ترفع لَهُم حَسَنَة إلى السَّماء العَبْد

الآبِق حَتّى يرجع إلى موالِيه فَيَضَع يَده فِي أيْديهم والمَرْأة الساخط عَلَيْها زَوجها حَتّى يرضى عَنْها والسكران حَتّى يصحو والخمر ما خامر العقل أي غطاه سَواء كانَ رطبًا أو يابسا أومأكولا أو مشروبًا وعَن أبي سعيد الخُدْرِيّ قالَ قالَ رَسُول الله ﷺ لا يقبل الله لشارب الخمر صَلاة ما دامَ فِي جسده شَيْء مِنها وفِي رِوايَة من شرب الخمر لم يقبل الله مِنهُ شَيْئا ومن سكر مِنها لم تقبل لَهُ صَلاة أرْبَعِينَ صباحًا فَإن تابَ ثمَّ عاد كانَ حَقًا على الله أن يسْقِيه من مهل جَهَنَّم وقالَ رَسُول الله ﷺ من شرب الخمر ولم يسكر أعرض الله عَنهُ أرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَة ومن شرب الخمر وسكر لم يقبل الله مِنهُ صرفًا ولا عدلًا أرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَة فَإن ماتَ فِيها ماتَ كعابد وثن وكانَ حَقًا على الله أن يسْقِيه من طِينَة الخبال قيل يا رَسُول الله وما طِينَة الخبال قالَ عصارة أهل النّار القَيْح والدَّم وقالَ عبد الله بن أبي أوفى من ماتَ مدمنا للخمر ماتَ كعابد اللات والعزى قيل أرَأيْت مدمن الخمر هُوَ الَّذِي لا يستفيق من شربها قالَ لا ولَكِن هُوَ الَّذِي يشْربها إذا وجدها ولَو بعد سِنِين(الکبائر للذہبی: ذكر أن السَّكْران لا يقبل الله مِنهُ حَسَنَة
