I was going through the questions and answers in this site.
I came across question id 190.
I am not convinced with the answer for following reasons:
Islamic finder has both settings for Shafi and Hanafi Maslak timings.
The exact reason why that Masjid/Musallah adds 1 hour to Asr timing is not known, it could be any other reason.
I checked the Asr timing of Trenton for today. The Asr Hanafi timing is not exactly adding 1 hour to other Masalik Asr time.

According to our knowledge, the timings mentioned in Islamic Finder are not according to the Hanafi school of thought and the time of ‘Asr noted there e.g., 2:20 p.m. is of other schools of thought, and according to the احناف Hanafis the time starts later on. Accordingly the salat which is prayed more or less one hour later is not because exactly at that time the salat time entered according to the Hanafi school of thought rather it’s possible that the delay is cautionary so that the time according to the Hanafis should also set in and everyone should be accommodated in salat.

میں اس ویب سائٹ پر سوالات اور ان کے جواب پڑھ رہا تھا، جب میری نظر سے سوال نمبر ۱۹۰ گزرا۔ میں مندرجہ ذیل وجو ہات کی بنیاد پر اس جواب سے پوری طرح سہمت نہیں ہوں۔ اسلامک فائنڈر میں شافعی اور حنفی دونوں اوقات بتانے کی صلاحیت ہے۔ مساجد کا عصر کے اوقات میں ٹھیک ایک گھنٹہ شامل کرنے کی وجہ نامعلوم ہے۔ایسا کرنے کی کوئی بھی وجہ ہو سکتی ہے۔ میں نے عصر کے اوقات اپنے شہر ٹرینٹن کے لئے اس ایپلیکیشن میں دیکھے، اور حنفی اور شافعی اوقات عصر میں ٹھیک ایک گھنٹے کا فرق نہیں ہے۔جزاک اللہ خیرا۔

ہمارے علم کے مطابق اسلامک فائنڈر میں درج اوقات حنفی مسلک کے مطابق نہیں ہوتے،اور عصر کی نماز کا جو ابتدائی وقت مثلا ۲۔۲۰ درج ہوتا ہے تووہ دیگر مسالک کا ہوتا ہے،اور احناف کے ہاں نماز کا وقت بعد میں شروع ہوتا ہے، اس اعتبار سے نماز جو ایک گھنٹہ یا اس سے کم وبیش تاخیر سے ادا کی جاتی ہے تو اس وجہ سے نہیں کہ عین اس وقت حنفی فقہ کے اعتبار سے وقت صلاۃ شروع ہواہے بلکہ ممکن ہے کہ وہ تاخیر احتیاطا کی جاتی ہو تاکہ حنفی اعتبار سے بھی وقت شروع ہوجائے اور نماز میں سب کی رعایت ہوجائے۔
