Assalamualaikum,
There is a technology company that builds point of sale (POS) software to be used at cash register at bowling alley. Software is used to manage membership and guest services and to manage all retail transactions performed by the business, this includes , toys, food & drinks (including alcohol). Any bowling alley that uses the software agrees to pay a percentage of profit on all transactions performed by the business using this software.
Is it permissible to work for this software company ?

It’s مکروہ (Makrooh) to work at this company where one has to keep account of the wine, however, it’s income will not be Haraam.

ایک کمپنی بولنگ کھیلنے کی جگہ کے کیش رجسٹر(کیشیر کی مشین) کے لیے سافٹ ویئر پروگرام بنائی ہے، اس کے ذریعے وہاں آئے لوگ جو وہاں کے ممبر بن جاتے ہیں ان کی معلومات، ان کا ممبر رہنا ،ان کو دی جانے والی سہولیات اور ان کو بیچے جانی والی اشیاء مثلاً کھانے پینے کی چیز پر، کھلونے اور شراب وغیرہ کا نظم بنایا جاتا ہے۔
جو بولنگ کی جگہ ان کا سافٹ ویئر استعمال کرتی ہے وہ ہر بزنس معاملے اور فروخت پر اس کمپنی کو اپنے منافع کا کچھ فیصد دیتی ہے کیا اس سافٹ ویئر کمپنی کے لیے کام کرنا صحیح ہے؟

اس کمپنی میں کام کرنا مکروہ ہے، جس میں شراب کا حساب وکتاب کا اندراج کرنا پڑتا ہے، تاہم اس کی آمدنی حرام نہیں ہوگی
