Assalamualaikum,
Undoubtedly, Allaah is not shy to speak the truth. If one finds it difficult to remove hair from the navel to the knees, will it be permissible to take help from someone else or the people which are meant for such jobs in locality nowadays?
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
This is correct that there should not be Haya (feeling shame) in describing necessary issues, however, a person should have Haya in opening his Satr (navel to knees) in front of someone. Therefore, the scenario you mentioned is not permissible.

بلا شبہ اللہ تعالیٰ سچ سے حیا نہیں کرتے میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ اگر کسی کو ناف سے گھٹنوں تک بال کاٹنا مشکل لگتا ہو تو کیا اسے اس کے لیے کسی اور سے مدد لینا جائز ہوگا یا ایسے لوگوں سے جو آج کل ایسا کام کرتے ہیں ؟
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
یہ بات درست ہےکہ ضرروی مسائل بیان کرنے میں تو حیاء نہیں ہونی چاہیے ،لیکن انسان کو اپنا ستر کسی اور کے سامنے کھولنے میں حیاء ہونی چاہیے،اس لئے جو صورت آپ نے ذکر کی ہے ،وہ جائز نہیں ہے۔
