Fatwa Answer
Assalamualaikum,
We have been married for last seven years and have two daughters Alhamdulillah. Due to some family reasons we have developed so many complicated differences between us and I am sure those are not going to settle. Now my wife is continuously refusig to have sex with me for the last six months and she is telling me that "I don't want to sleep with you, we are done" . I tried several ways but she doesn't want to listen to me.
So should I give her Talaq right away? What is the solution ?

In the situation when it becomes difficult to live together and accommodate each other the Sharia’t permits Talaq. But do not give Talaq yet. It would be better to contact some Darul Qada and make effort to clarify the matter. In the meantime, recite one time Durood Sharif, then 1404 times یا ودود یا لطیف, then one time Durood Sharif, then make Dum (blow) on water or some sweet thing and have your wife drink/eat it.

ہم سات سال سے شادی شدہ ہیں اور الحمد للہ ہماری دو بیٹیاں ہیں ، ہمارے درمیان بہت سے پیچیدہ اختلافات ہیں جو مجھے یقین ہے کہ سلجھیں گے نہیں، اب میری بیوی پچھلے چھ ماہ سے مسلسل مجھ سے ہمبستری سے انکار کررہی ہے اور وہ مجھے کہتی ہے کہ میں تمہارے ساتھ سونا نہیں چاہتی، ہمارا معاملہ ختم ہے، میں نے بہت طریقوں سے بات کی لیکن وہ کچھ سننا نہیں چاہتی ،تو کیا مجھے اسے فوراً طلاق دینی چاہیے؟ اس کا کیا حل ہے؟
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
جب آپس میں نباہ مشکل ہوجائے تو اس حالت میں شریعت طلاق کی اجازت دیتی ہے،لیکن ابھی اآپ طلاق نہ دیں ،کسی دار القضاء سے رجوع ہوکر دونوں معاملہ کا تصفیہ کرلیں تو بہتر ہے ،اس دوران اآپ یا ودود یا لطیف 1404 مرتبہ اول آ خر درود شریف کے ساتھ پڑھ کر پانی یا میٹھی چیز پر دم کرکے بیوی کوپلائیں۔
