Assalamualaikum,
In relation to Qabrustan, we have the following query, please guide us according to the law of Shariat.
We have very old Qabrustan, where few qabrs were destroyed and tiles' floor was arranged for Namaz e Janazah. My question is, can we have Namaz e Janazah over such area?

If the graves are not in the front then you may pray.

ہمارے ہاں بہت پرانا قبرستان ہے وہاں کچھ قبروں کو مسمار کرکے ٹائلوں کا فرش بچھایا گیا تاکہ وہاں نماز جنازہ پڑھاجاسکے۔ کیا ہم اس جگہ کے اوپر نماز جنازہ پڑہ سکتے ہیں؟

اگر سامنے قبریں نہ ہوں تو پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔
ولو بلي الميت وصار ترابا يجوز دفن غيره في قبره وزرعه والبناء فيه وسائر الانتفاعات به، (البنایۃ شرح الہدایۃ :3/253)
