Zakat
Assalamualykum,
Respected Mufti Sahab,
I Need a comprehensive guidance of zakat calculations. Is this methodology (https://youtu.be/JdQ2VjnllSU) correct. If no, please let me know the correct procedures.
Also if you may provide me a source (English/Urdu - soft copy) for better understanding and reference.

You should take out 40th portion of the amount you own for the payment of Zakat. It would be beneficial to review Bahishti Zewar for further details.
