Asalaamualaikum

I currently require advice on a subject, regarding menstruation.


From every article, it states that a women becomes Impure to perform acts of worship, wherein she is in state of menses.
I am currently 26 years of age.
I currently have a situation as I cannot define a cycle of menstruation to regard what is regular, as I have been getting irregular menses from the age of 15.

Some times I get once or twice a year.

The cycles have differed and some what have not got for few years.
I have managed to keep all my fast in the month of ramadaan,
Alhamdullilah.


I was advised that my condition is a sickness and I should, predict on my first concluded cycles of memory.
But I've never had amount of days or Usual dates..

But due to the sickness part of how irregular it is, I should continue fasting and remain in state of whudu at all times, and continue salaah.

Can you please advise on this.
As I have got it for the first time in 1 year and we about to begin fasting
