Performing abortion after the point in time when rooh(spirit) has been induced in the fetus is considered unanimously impermissible, and it is known that the rooh is induced after 4 months of the pregnancy. Since the life of the fetus as explained in your question is around 6 months there is no provision or permissibility for performing an abortion.

However if a specialist and experienced doctor, by using advanced equipment and additional research recommends that:

1- The fetus is in a dangerously undeveloped form

2- The definitive deformity is proven to be untreatable

3- The completion of pregnancy will definitely result in severely endangering the mother’s life

4- The mental and physical health of the baby will surely lead to a constant burden and pain for everyone

Then in the light of the above mentioned issues there is provision to perform an abortion. It is of utmost to remember that the fear of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta‘ala’s should be carefully considered while making such a decision.
