Umrah During Menses
ASSALAMO ALAIKUM MUFTI SAB,
I AM STAYING IN JEDDAH AND I WENT WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS FOR UMRAH AFTER MY WIFE TOOK BATH FOR HER MONTHLY MENSES.HER MENSES STARTED ON FRIDAY AND ON NEXT FRIDAY AS NORMALLY HER MENSES LASTS FOR A WEEK SHE TOOK BATH CONSIDERING HER MENSES IS STOPPED AS THERE WERE NO SIGNS FROM A DAY BEFORE.BUT SURPRISINGLY AFTER COMPLETEING HER UMRAH AND COMING BACK TO JEDDAH SHE DISCOVERED SOME BLOOD SPOTS OF MENSES.NOW PLEASE ADVISE IF SHE HAS TO REPEAT OR NOT REQUIRED.YOUR URGENT REPLY TO THIS WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED..

If the umrah was performed in the next three days after the bleeding had stopped then there will be no qadha for the umrah. However due to performing the umrah without taharat(cleanliness) it is wajib upon you to perform dum(i.e. sacrificing a goat/lamb) as kaffarah within the boundaries of haram.
