I AM BAYAT TO SILSILA NAQSHBANDI MUJADDIDI.THEY HAVE INSTRUCTED ME TO DO MURAQABA.I DO IT BUT I SEARCHED ON THE INTERNET WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF MURAQABA AND WHAT DOES ONE SEE WHILE CLOSING EYES.I MEAN TO SAY WHAT EFFECTS ARE PRODUCED SO THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT I AM PROGRESSING ON SPIRITUAL PATH.

Muraqba is one of the many methods of islah(purification of razail-e-nafs), the Mashaikheen-e-Kiram have experimented with and recommended. From a spiritual standpoint its effects are very good, therefore, you should act upon the method of muraqba your sheikh has instructed for you, InshahAllahit will benefit you a lot.
Another thing to note in this path (silsila) is you should ask any such questions you have, only to your sheikh.
