Dua to find a good Muslim spouse for my brother

Assalamualaikum, 
My brother is involved in a non-marital relationship with someone who is not Muslim. What can I do or how can I guide him to leave a Haram relationship and get married to a Muslim girl. I have talked to him many times about this and he clearly has told me that he is not interested in marrying a Muslim. When I talk to him he does believe in Islam and in Allah but he thinks there is nothing wrong with marrying a Non-Muslim. I tried explaining to him many times that it will cause a problem when he has kids and there is a possibility they will not follow Islam either. What can I do to help him realize this decision is wrong. My Ammi is very worried also. She has spoken to him regarding finding a good spouse for him, but he refuses. Can you please provide me something to recite to help him leave the Haram relationship and find a good suitable Muslim spouse for him. I would also like something to recite to help him become closer to islam, his Salat, and to Allah.

You should make your brother aware that the Nikah of a Muslim cannot be done with a Non-Muslim. Allaah T&rsquo;alaa has clearly forbidden it in the Holy Qura&rsquo;an:
 وَلَا تَنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَّ وَلَأَمَةٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ وَلَا تُنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنُوا وَلَعَبْدٌ مُؤْمِنٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُشْرِكٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكُمْ أُولَئِكَ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَاللَّهُ يَدْعُو إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيُبَيِّنُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ (البقرہ: ۲۲۱)
If he still does the Nikah then he will be a great sinner and his Nikah will not take effect, and his relationship with the Non-Muslim will be adultery and his children will not be Halal rather they will be Haram and of adultery. However, there is one scenario that if that girl accepts Islam with the sincerity of her heart then doing Nikah with her is correct.
Furhter, you recite Surah Fatihah 41 times and every time when you reach the Aayat اھدنا الصراط المستقیم have attention towards your brother. Also recite یا ہادی یا رشید 313 times and make Dua&rsquo;a for him. Also make Dum (blow) on water and have him drink that water.
