Question

Hope you guys are doing well InshaAllah, and may Allah SWT grants you the best in this duniya hai akhira. 
I graduated from CUNY in network engineering, and also did the diploma in the same field. I did some practice while in my academic life in schools. 
Most of the Companies require 5 to 7 years experience, which I don't have it. On the other hand schools don't provide good itnerships which can build up the care unless they have contracts with certain companies.
There are many consulting/ recruiting companies those work as a middle man, they train and help in placing the job. But they also fill the resumes but adding false information about experience.
I am been trying for last 2 years at my own. And I know I can handle all the issues which I learned in 5 years of academic life and fulfill there requirement. So what is the best solution for me.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
:It is not permissible to do so because it is a lie and a deception. Bl.ut if a job is obtained through these offices, and the work entrusted to the job is successfully executed, then his salary and income are halal.
قال اللہ اتعالیٰ: {وَلاَ تَکْتُمُوْا الشَّہَادَۃَ، وَمَنْ یَکْتُمْہَا فَاِنَّہٗ اٰثِمٌ قَلْبُہٗ، وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ عَلِیْمٌ} البقرۃ:: ۲۸۳
وَلاَ تَکْتُمُوْا الشَّہَادَۃَ  أي لا تخفوہا بالامتناع عن أدائہا إذا دعیتم إلیہا، وہو خطاب للشہود المؤمنین، کما روي عن سعید بن جبیر وغیرہ، وجعلہ خطابًا لمدیونین علی معنی: لا تکتموا شہادتکم علی أنفسکم بأن تقروا بالحق عند المعاملۃ، أو لا تحتالوا بإبطال شہادۃ الشہود علیکم بالجرح ونحوہ عند المرافعۃ خلاف الظاہر المأثور عن السلف الصالح۔ (روح المعاني: ۳؍۶۳ )
عن أبي ہریرۃ رضي اللّٰہ عنہ أن رسول اللّٰہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم قال: من غشنا فلیس منا۔ (صحیح مسلم، کتاب الإیمان / باب قول النبي ا من غشنا فلیس منا،۱۰۱)
