Marriage counselling

Question

Assalamu Alaikum,

This is Anas, I am currently In a complicated situation regarding marriage with a woman. I have met this woman a two years ago and I like her and want to get married to her but she is currently following a different religion (Hindu). I wanted to consult on if there is a possibility to get married to her and if there is then how.

It is not permissible for a Muslim man to marry a non-Muslim woman who practices Hinduism. The only valid form of marriage in such a case is that the non-Muslim woman first accepts Islam. It should be made clear that if a woman accepts Islam solely for the purpose of marriage, she will be considered a Muslim in Islamic law; however, she will not receive the reward for embracing Islam. On the other hand, if she repents from other religions and accepts Islam sincerely for the pleasure of Allah, she will receive a great reward from Allah and attain everlasting success.

Allah the Exalted says:
“And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe.”
(Surah al-Baqarah, verse 221)

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
: مسلمان مرد کا غیر مسلم ہندو مت پر عمل پیراں خاتون سے نکاح کرنا جائز نہیں ہے ۔نکاح کے انعقاد  کی صورت یہ ہے کہ غیر مسلم خاتون اسلام قبول کرے ۔واضع  رہے کہ نکاح کے لئے اسلام تبدیل کرنے سے مسلمان تو ہو جائیں گی لیکن اسلام لانے کا ثواب نہیں ملے گا اس لئے غیر مذاہب سے توبہ و براءت کر کے رضا الہی کے لئے اسلام قبول کرے تو عند اللہ بہت بڑا ثواب ملے گا اور ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لئے کامیابی ملے گی۔
 حق تالہ شانہ ہوں فرماتے : ولا تنكحوا المشركات حتى يؤمن) سورۃ البقرۃ، آیت 221(
اور مشرک عورتوں سے نکاح مت کرو جب تک کہ وہ ایمان نہ لے آئیں
