Asalam alaykum, I have a question regarding Shia and Winnie marriage, is it allowed for a Sunni woman to marry a Shia man if his main beliefs are similar to Sunni and he believes:
• pray 5 times a day regularly
• believe in the finality of Prophet Muhammad
• And fasts Ramadan
• And does not believe in ashura or any of the other Shia practices (only difference is praying hands on sides and the salah mentions the oneness of Allah and Muhammad as his final messenger)

Many Shia individuals hold the following beliefs or engage in the following practices:
- That Allah, God forbid, became incarnate in or indwelt Hazrat Ali (RAH).
- That Hazrat Ali (RAH) was the final Prophet.
- That Hazrat Jibrael made a mistake in delivering the Divine Revelation.
- That the Holy Quran has been altered or corrupted.
- Making false accusations against Hazrat Aisha (RAH).
- Denying the companionship (Sahabiyat) of Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Umar (RAH).
- Reviling or cursing the Companions (Tabarra against the Sahabah).
Whoever holds any of these beliefs, accepts even one of them, or engages in any of the practices mentioned above is considered a disbeliever and marriage to such a person is not valid.
بہت سے شیعہ درج ذیل عقائد و اعمال کے حامل ہوتے ہیں ۔
- حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ میں اللہ نے حلول کیا ہے( معاذ اللہ)۔
- حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ آخری نبی ہیں۔
- وحی پہنچانے میں حضرت جبرائیل سے غلطی ہوئی۔
- قرآن شریف میں تحریف ہوئی۔
- حضرت عائشہ پر بہتان ۔
- حضرت ابو بکر و عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے صحابیت کا انکار ۔
- صحابہ پر تبرّا ۔
جو کوئی یہ عقائد رکھے یا ان میں سے کسی ایک عقیدہ کا ماننے والا ہو یا درج بالا کس عمل کا مرتکب ہو، ایسا شخص کافر ہے اس سے نکاح درست نہیں ۔
لاشک في تكفير من قذف السيدة عائشة رضي الله تعالى عنها او انكر صحبة الصديق او اعتقد الالوهية في علي او ان جبريل غلط في الوحي او نحو ذلك من الكفر الصريح المخالف للقرآن(رد المحتار: كتاب النكاح)
