we had a fight and he slapped me and chocked my neck so i was so angry i told him to give talaq i don't wana stay with you , he said ok ja main ni di. He didn't use word talaq and aslo i was in 40days my daughter was born . So can we count that talaq ??

In the situation inquired about, with the statement, “ok ja main ni di” one Talaq-e-Raja’e took effect. In Talaq-e-Raja’e, the husband has the right to do Rija’t (reconciliation) within the ‘Iddat period.
(ھدایہ باب الرجعۃ) اذا طلق الرجل امرأتہ تطلیقۃ رجعیۃ ۔۔فلہ ان یراجعھا فی عدتھا
