Assalamu alaykum. I would like to know if under the following circumstances my marriage was nullified?
1. My husband wrote me in messenger: I was just about to say 1 talaq.
2. One day he asked me to promise him that I am not going to hurt him and if I do so again, our marriage will be nullified. I disagreed and rejected. But in a couple of days, when I learnt about his intention to marry another woman, I said If you marry her, I will be haraam to you.
So could you please help me find out if those words above caused me divorce from my husband?
Also, there was one time after I asked to divorce many times, he said alright, bring me a man who would like to marry you, then I will divorce you, Does this also count?
I kindly ask you to give me fatwa based on Hanafi madhab

Divorce does not occur in any of the above cases. However, it is important to be careful with such sentences. Live a life of love, fondness, and affection by removing differences and grudges in between. Husband and wife should avoid trivialities, which will certainly aid in ending differences of opinion, and bickering over petty points.
وَفِي الْمُنْتَقَى لَوْ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ۔۔۔أَرَدْت طَلَاقَك لَا تَطْلُقُ وَإِنْ نَوَى هَكَذَا فِي الْخُلَاصَةِ الفتاوی الھندیۃ کتاب الطالق الفصل الاول فی الطلاق الصریح 1/359 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
وَمَحَلُّهُ الْمَنْكُوحَةُ وَأَهْلُهُ زَوْجٌ در المختار اوائل کتاب الطلاق 3/230 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
بِخِلَافِ قَوْلِهِ کنم لِأَنَّهُ اسْتِقْبَالٌ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ تَحْقِيقًا بِالتَّشْكِيكِ و فِي الْمُحِيطِ لَوْ قَالَ بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ أُطَلِّقُ لَا يَكُونُ طَلَاقًا إلَّا إذَا غَلَبَ اسْتِعْمَالُهُ لِلْحَالِ فَيَكُونُ طَلَاقًا۔ الفتاوی الھندیۃ کتاب الطالق الباب الثانی فی ایقاع الطلاق الفصل الثالث فی الطلاق بالافاظ الفارسیۃ 1/384 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
بخلاف قوله: كنم؛ لأنه تمحض للاستقبال، وبالعربية قوله: أطلق، لا يكون طلاقاً في أنه دائر بين الحال والاستقبال فلم يكن تحقيقاً مع الشك المحیط البرھانی کتاب الطلاق الفصل السابع و العشرون فی المتفرقات 3/472 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَبْغَضُ الْحَلَالِ إِلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الطَّلَاقُ۔ سنن ابی داود کتاب الطلاق باب فی کراھیۃ الطلاق 2/220 حدیث نمبر 2178 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
وَفِي الْقُهُسْتَانِيِّ عَنْ شَرْحِ الطَّحَاوِيِّ: السُّنَّةُ إذَا وَقَعَ بَيْنَ الزَّوْجَيْنِ اخْتِلَافٌ أَنْ يَجْتَمِعَ أَهْلُهُمَا لِيُصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَصْطَلِحَا جَازَ الطَّلَاقُ وَالْخُلْعُ. اهـ. ط، وَهَذَا هُوَ الْحُكْمُ الْمَذْكُورُ فِي الْآيَةِ، وَقَدْ أَوْضَحَ الْكَلَامَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْفَتْحِ آخِرَ الْبَابِ۔ رد المحتار باب الخلع 3/441 المکتبۃ الشاملہ
