Mufti sb mera ye savaal hai k islam me loan lekar ghar banana jaaiz hai kya? Or loan k zariye se ghar qaridna jaiaz Hai kya? or loan k zariye se business start karsakte kya? Aap ki ilmi rehbari ki zarurat hai

With a non-interest based loan, it is allowed to build or buy a house or do business with. But you must have intention to pay back the loan and also have the means to return money.
However, to acquire unnecessary loan is discouraged, because Allah’s (SWT) Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) has said: “O’ Muslims, abstain from taking loans, because it creates suffering and grief by the night and disgrace and humiliation during the day.
