You have not specified the company's operating procedures under your question, so the judgment cannot be given. However, in the multi-level marketing business, there is  insurance, interest and gambling, in addition to income through membership; which is not permissible according to shari'ah. Therefore, if above defects are found in business, it will not be permissible to get involved in such business.

Provide details of the company's operating procedures, to enable  us to give a sound judgment on this. 

قال اللّٰہ تعالیٰ: {یٰٓاَیُّہَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا اِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَیْسِرُ وَالْاَنْصَابُ وَالْاَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّیْطٰنِ فَاجْتَنِبُوْہُ}۔ [المائدۃ، جزء آیت: ۹۰
