Sunnah after Isha

Asalamualaikum Hazrat.

As per this Hadith, can these Sunnah be read before the 4 furdh, and still get the same reward?

“Whoever offers four rak’ats (nafl) after ‘Isha, will get the reward of offering these rak’ats on laylatul Qadr”

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 7351-7357 & As-Sunanul Kubra of Bayhaqi, vol.2 pg.477)

We have not come across any such narration and the details of the mentioned virtues as described in your question. The book you have provided a reference from is not present in our libraries.
