Assalamualaikum Sheikh.

My question is about downloading books online,which is not free but someone uploaded it into telegram group...I didn't hack/break any rule to download this book,I didn't know whether the uploader who upload this book pirated or not(maybe he pirated or may not be,may be he have that book and distributing it by uploading it's pdf). I'm downloading these books for my own benefit to read it not for making money by distributing these books

I already taken a course which may some books to learn the material, and it's urgent to use that book because of exam is very close...if I choose to download these books online instead of paying for buying it physically because lack of time and money.is this considered as impressible in Islam (sunni hanafi fiqh)?
