الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

In your case, the continuous discharge of blood and spotting is of “Istihazah". The ruling in this is, that the number of days of your menstrual cycle habit will be considered menstruation, and the rest of the days will be considered your purification days.

Therefore, during the “istihazah” days (the purity days), perform ablution at the time of every prayer, and pray as many salahs or nawafil, recitation of the Holy Quran with that same ablution until the time of the next prescribed prayer. Then again perform fresh ablution for the next salah. But remember that if ablution breaks due to reasons other than blood, like passing of gas, or the need to go to the toilet, fresh wodhu’a becomes mandatory.

Also keep in mind is that the blood spots seen during the typical menstrual period, will be counted as menstruation, during which the acts of worship including the prescribed daily prayers, Nawafil, fasting, touching of and the recitation of the Holy Qur’an are all prohibited.

After termination of the menstrual period, you are required to perform your usual religious duties of prayers, and recitation of the Holy Qur’an, etc. The same plan will be repeated every successive month.

Hope that clarifies your concerns, but if you have any additional specific questions provide us detailed schedule of blood and purification days per your habits and experience.
